Support collaborative third party markup
Scripts and other techniques can be used to allow third parties to be able to enhance the accessibility of Web sites for people with different disabilities. Collaborative third party enhancements allow one user or developer to share scripts, markup, metadata or other information that can make certain web sites easier to navigate, view, and understand. Numerous scripting modules may be developed to deal with different websites or different types of technology.

Collaborative third party markup techniques can be shared among screen reader users to design easy interaction techniques for a site that may otherwise not be built for accessibility.
