All Ontario organizations of twenty or more employees have to file an accessibility compliance report.
If the organization has fifty or more employees and has recently (after January 1st 2012) launched a new website, they will have to ensure that that website follows the Level A Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 (WCAG). Beginning January 1, 2021, these websites will also have to follow the Level AA Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 (WCAG)
