Offer real-time assistance
This feature would give the ability to connect to real-time, human assistance if needed. This feature could connect to existing caretakers, family and friends, or third-party organization’s paid support system. These assistants could either give text and voice support, or could take remote virtual control of the system to correct errors.
Discussion by Disabilities
The ability to contact a real person for live assistance can be very beneficial for users who are confused by the system and need some easy-to-understand assistance.
